• KSE to halt Tijara share Trading effective 19/04/2016


Kuwait Stock Market announces that Tijara share trading shall be suspended starting from 19/04/2016, this is according to the article No. (1-17) from the twelfths book of the regulations of the law 7-2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of the financial Securities activity and its amendments. The said article referred to halt trading in the shares of the listed companies in the event of failure to convene the general assembly within two month from the date of regulatory approval on its financial statements. The share trading of Tijara shall resume once the AGM has been convened.
