The irregular general assembly of the company held on 22/2/2005 approved to add new businesses to the company as follows:

Direct sharing for participating in the basic reclamation for the areas such as commercial, residential and industrial projects which work through (BOT), managing the realty channels through (BOT). The company will manage the above mentioned business in and outside Kuwait in its capacity or through appointing agent.
